The most Stupid Game Ever?
So ... after installing Steam I looked through my Library to see what I want to install; And a neat little Gem by the
name of 'Vectorio' jumped to my attention.
It's some kind of strategy/base-building/tower-defense game; Which is ... well, I like it. But the theme they went with
makes it all seem kind of odd. So, You start with a Main Building ... and that's it. If You don't do anything, it'll
stay like that ... . "You won" - as in: You cannot lose. If the Goal however is to play, You start by building a Gold
collector on that patch of Gold resources. Every building built produces heat; And the moment there's heat, enemies will
fly towards it. So You build Gold storage - more Heat. You build a drone port to automatically collect the Gold - more
heat. By the time the first enemies arrive You then build a Turret, more heat. And then You wanna be greedy, so You take
the rest of the gold patch. Lot more heat. But if You don't do anything, things stay the same. So, if You're in a stable
situation, You can just leave it there.
And that's it. The "point" of the Game, in a sense, is to generate Heat. Once a certain Limit is reached You can spawn a
Boss - and once the Boss is defeated, the area Grows and new Resources become available.
And yea. Each of those things ... actually generates heat. Every building that does something ... is then on the CPU
consuming processing power, which in turn generates heat.
Energy Creation and Consumption ... is a dilemma. It's like ... life or death. "Life is Suffering" they say. Damned if You
do, Damned if You don't. And ... if the goal is to do no harm, well, maybe suicide is the final solution.
I however ... see, I share an understanding in which the Cow might very well be happy to be food. I see the reality around
us as a playground that has tolerances built in - and it isn't hard to see how "we", collectively, are kind of bent on
making it pop so we shouldn't be surprised if eventually it does.
And there's a thing to this; Where ... Antichristians or the Antichrist seem to be very casual about invoking God's existence.
It's like God of the Gaps but more ... absurd.
So, here, if it does Pop ... they kind of "stuck it to God". Although it does kind of say that ... the end is definitely
coming. But You'd try to argue with them ... about the very real consequences; But they're like in this mind where whatever
they do is like ... "good by definition". So, if they win, they win. If they Lose, they see themselves in the right and
everyone else is wrong. Some such thing.
I haven't gotten to the bottom of this just yet. Something in my mind prompted me to think of it as me constructing Phantoms
that I then fight with. Those Phantoms possibly draw from real inspiration - and ultimately are only as 'good' as my mind
can simulate. For the most part.
But it's a thing. This collective idea - let's call it "common sense" - where, because we're pretty unhappy with the conditions
of the world, there's like ... no redemption for God. But, what are we talking about anyway?
I know what I'm on about. And I believe that this part is usually very simple - until it loses itself in all the things I
imagine to follow. And usually I'm left to wonder what "the other" is on about, since ... I'm drawing my conclusions; And -
sure, whether what I learn is good for me or not is a matter of perspective.
See ... I'm with God ... and You're telling me ... that the only recourse for me is to OFF "You". That's what it is. So,
You think You're smart because You don't think that I could ... but with every inch You take ... You come closer and closer
to this invisible breaking point where God has no other option but to call it.
Does it exist?
I mean, it's debatable. The thing is that the whole Philosophy is poison. I mean, within it, You're literally there asking
for it; Whether You Force it by physical, psychological or emotional violence. There is no scenario in which this is ever
going to ... work out for anything more than being a punching bag.
I mean, in the grand scheme of things. Like ... long term. As in: There's the inevitable; And with it, some things will come
to an end. That's ... kind of ... happenings ... . And after reducing the set of viable options to that which isn't doomed
to end ... You're at what I consider to be the bottomline of reason and rationality in these regards.
And if You want to make a point about what an asshole You are ... stamp on the head "Proud of It" ... so that nobody ever has
a reason to associate with You ... but others like You perhaps ... well, that's the world we live in right now, isn't it?
You either ... stand here or there. Allegedly nobody can tell the truth of it, but ... it's like ... we're all at a moment
where we choose between two things. Internally. Everyone. On the planet right now. So ... how do You think, that that will
end?
I mean, God is real ... is He not? So, why do You act in a way so that He has to punish You - supplemented with the argument
that You'd be upset if He did ... because "buhu consequences" or some such thing.
"I really don't like Hell so I'll try to go to Hell even harder".
Hmm ... . Is there some invisible Force that seems like ... it's inevitable. Like you're being dragged there? Could it be,
that that Force is Yourself?
I mean, it is fair to say that I have been through struggles like this ... a few times. God putting on the Blinders, me lost
in the dark; And sure - for me it's easy. It's like ... yea - fine - whatever. Just another day in the office.
But that's because ... of factors. A part of it may just be my nature. So, being already in a place that some of You wouldn't
reach in a thousand years to come. But beyond that, I still learned and grew. And ... yea ... perfection. See ... the Antichrist
is as far away from Perfection as a toddler is from beating a Terminator, yet it seems that he kindof thinks he can already taste
it. Hmm ... this by the way might be me.
So, if You have a bad autopilot and You don't work on improving it; Then yea ... You'll probably walk over the edge.
And whether or not there is an argument that could have saved You - at some point - is like ... chaff. Who cares? You "made Your
point" ... and ... finally, when face to face with Mr. Consequence, ... . So, I kind of want to do You the favor ... because,
the worse of what could happen isn't what either one of us - or even all of humanity combined - could do to You.
It really isn't!
You kind of have to ... think a little bit beyond that and accept the truth that's been looming over the horizon since forever.
(Literally). [Hmm ...]. Think outside the box and come to terms with the facts You might be too scared to admit to Yourself.
Sure. If we are to treat each other like cattle, ANCAPism has a few perks. Like ... by simply keeping everybody poor, You maintain
that they can't really go too crazy; Either way - and maybe they'll be in enough misery to see the foolishness of their own doing.
However - since Greed is probably the driving factor behind human nature in that environment, the ideology driving this advancement
is probably also a matter of Greed. So, slapping a 'value' on another human being - or defending the right/power to do so - is
kind of the extent of that. It's the hard end of that extreme. So, if we were to treat each other like cattle, then ... we kind
of turn into that. Don't we?
And so they say "chill" - because they know ... where their actions will inevitably take them. Or not? I mean, they try to tell us
... placing a bet that they might slip it past us. Hmm ... whatever ...
It's wild. But it is as it is. We don't know ... what the schedule says in terms of dates and times ... but there isn't a whole lot
that's still missing. ...
