What it means to be grounded

Do you know what it says when people say about someone that he/she/they are "feeling too well"? Its similar to another saying, where when people are having a lot of (mindless) fun, people can add: "Until someone cries".

Actually this is about Politics

There is a reason why I do not adopt the Seventh Day Adventist insights on prophecy 1:1. Just the same why I don't adopt all of the Mormon issues of belief. Its similar to the reason why I like to point out that there is "Matthew 23:9" instead of going down the rabbit holes of Daniel and Revelation. Sure, in hindsight I can't expect people to automatically know the things that are to be found there - but when it gets to stunning, crisp and clear evidence of any of the accusations/claims made, there is nothing better than Matthew 23:9!
If you don't know what it reads - fail #1. Its 'one' verse - people! And if you know what it reads and don't know how that should work against the Roman Catholic Church/Belief - fail #2! There is a certain perplexity that I anticipate people to suffer - and I have to deal with it, since, this perplexity is to my understanding not entirely unreasonable! Its all about peoples/your attempt to stay grounded! To 'keep it real'. And so there are two sides of it: On the one end a piece of information (that has been around since centuries) that changes everything about how we percieve the world and basically shakes our society to the very bottom and can't be easily embraced publically without causing major social and political paradigm shifts - and on the other end there is life as it is, 'all that' which stands at risk to collapse in terms of the other side.

For me to adopt the SDA standards, I would have to have read through all of their claims and investigated them on my own - and I shouldn't fail to consider that Prophetic Symbolism isn't exactly an accurate science! So there are the two beasts of Revelation 13; Which SDAs say are the Roman Empire and the USA. Their claims do make a lot of sense - but ultimately we should tell how that interpretation is superior or inferior to any other interpretation. A neat approach were to simply take the largest and most relevant moments of history and look for whether or not the prophecy makes sense once applied onto it. So, as with the four beasts, telling that the fourth beast 'has to be' an entirely different nation and not just 'a greek'.
Instead however being energetic to do that work and make it so possible to embrace these prophecies into a codex to a livable Religion - things turned out differently for me. And that by the way is a Unification thing. See - it might look like I went wrong here and there, am a total and utter failure, etc., - which however only stands in regards to a ... yea, well, its called "Strawman" these days I suppose - a made up "something I got to be" (Strawman) that is genuinely different to me and thus is the constituted 'reason' for how wrong I am.
That is more superstition than science!
Once I so ... "want to" ... go through the books because I "ought to be" ... and I don't get 'energized' to the point that I do have an actual motivation, while getting 'de-energized' instead to the point of loosing any motivation I may have had - thats nothing I can change! In terms of the strawman that makes me AND God fail - while its kindof funny to actually think about leaving it at that! I mean, not seriously wanting it so. The thing is; What are those things I didn't do? Taking Bible Prophecy, what could you/I do with it? Go around and tell people about it? SDA interpretations aren't entirely unreasonable! They are actually quite ... stunning! Uhm, good! I can't really object to them, give or take. But like I can't easily embrace them, I suppose a lot of people 'can't' either - so, its either that, that you don't get anything done with that knowledge ("that I don't have") - or you had to believe that there is knowledge to be had that "does the trick" - and that I failed because I didn't dig it out! Its ... funny how that goes!
Now well, what I'm mostly 'energized' to do doesn't seem much like something too extraordinary. It might even seem or feel like I just don't care and indulge my own self in my own "smartness" as I vastly ignore the scriptures and basically only move on with what I have on my mind! It is thereby however a more natural ... approach on the matter of faith - more practical when it comes to life and living; And by that I don't mean to say that this is the only way, it just happens to be 'mine' - and thus happens to be the basis for 'my individual spin' on "the mission". How 'I' get good at it! How 'I' can do 'my' (God given) work.
Properly taken, the question isn't what I 'should' do - but 'what' God energizes me on/for. That is the effective presence of Gods will (for me). And it doesn't work like ... well ... lets think about it that way: Build a wall with 2 doors. The idea is that one door is 'right' and the other is 'wrong' - and now God had to energize me to pick one door. We would build this experiment to 'test' whether or not God energizes me right, though ultimately you'd 'test' whether or not I'm pyschic! Its "unclean" in some way!
You have a more practical way to find whether or not I'm 'energized' correctly. Just look at what my 'energy' produces - and whether or not 'the right way' is to be found therein. It seems like that doesn't tell you anything - but ... wait a minute ... isn't that what its all about? The 'tree with the good fruit'? Well, it may not be too much of a 'miracle' - but its how I do what I do - as ... 'a conductor of the Light' we may say. You may be looking for reasons to underline what I say as right or wrong, true or false, but how about taking 'the one very obvious way' what it all comes down to and revolves all around?
Too ... uncertain? How? Why?
Or in the other way: What if I were psychic? I could give you all the things you wanted - and you'd believe that I'm sent from God - maybe - yet so we get to the story of Moses in egypt, who couldn't do anything that the Egyptian magicians couldn't! Except for the plagues then, but that wasn't really Moses either. And while we don't have a clear answer anywhere - but know that such a thing as magic doesn't exist (apparently) - we 'can' assume that at some point God just changed how everything works. Same with wisdom. You should read through Isaiah and Jeremiah to ... find that verse about God changing how wisdom works. I had that verse noted down in my Bible - but I lost that one in LA. I brought a whole lot of stuff with me - abandoned it somewhere - and as I was about to return the german consolate had a bag with things someone had dropped off there; But ... my Bible and some other books were missing! Including my diary. And with that Bible a lot of the 'work' I had done prior to that got lost! I tried to upgrade my current Bible to be as my first one - but I just don't have the passion or the energy. But either way - whether magic still exists or not - it isn't a 'dead givaway'. Like, there is always that "its Aliens" excuse too! Or ... whatever fakery might be going on.
Its a flawed concept right from the start - with enough backup in the Bible to ... oh, yea. There is the "every narrative of yours that the Bible doesn't support indicates that the Bible has been tinkered with" issue. Yea, how ... neat is that!?
Has it been tinkered with? Well, the point is that 'if' - how do we know how? So, what can we do? We can believe that there has to be some other book that sheds some more accurate light on what the Bible actually contained! Nothing wrong about that! Right? Some might disagree - but thats basically the issue. We 'can' disagree with everything we 'want to' disagree with - even if it makes sense not to! So I'm not energized to do work that people 'can' disagree with! Right? So - where's the problem?
On another note we might try and think: Well - no matter how much the Bible has been altered - unless it was one singular elaborate work to systematically rid it of any relevant information - there's got to be bits here and there left in it! But yea, which bits? Because I'm a Christian you can, if you read the Bible and understood enough of it, tell the vague direction 'my' interpretation takes. What works for me is that the Old Testament contains clues about a New Covenant - and a Messiah - and that there finally 'is' a New Covenant - as reported by the New Testament. Kindof. But if I remember correctly, the 'Gospel' as 'the' New Covenant - thats a topic that is I guess not legitimately addressed anywhere in the New Testament; Its something that rather gets clear by the Old Testament. As, having a reasonable 'concept' of what 'Covenant' means in that regard, for instance.

Moving on - the Bible, and the Book of Mormon not either, isn't really clear about quite a bunch of relevant issues. Its more of a ... you got to know the Books really well to see how this or that niche verse applies onto this or that type of thing. And thats ordinarily what preachers do! They take some portion of the book and talk about it - how it (can/may) affect us and thus inspiring us ... hopefully! Its like 'juice' - in that 'water' is actually enough to survive, drinking wise.

Ironically are the Seventh Day Adventists a 'great' example of how much 'good' there can come from actually being utterly 'wrong'. Its like the "we don't need God" version of Christianity/Mormonism. And if you want to live healthy you're probably well adivsed to lean towards them; Similarly saying that I'm not energized to actually take it upon myself to strife hard against any of the established Christian concepts of belief. So I would hope for instance that if theres a 'good point' I made that is supported here and there by this and that - that I won't have to point those things out myself necessarily! That is one of the more 'relevant' things on my mind - the issue that 'the Truth' is a Universal good.

Now I get to the part where I write about Politics.

There is Revelation Chapter 9, where, lets stick to Verses 1-5 for the beginning. As far as I recall, SDA interpretation thinks about Islam at that point. I however did come to think about 'Politics'. But how about "in these days people will seek death, but won't find it"? (Verse 6). Well, what are 'these days'?
I'm going to say that the entire sgement (Verses 1-12) works well for the "its politics" interpretation. Like "on their heads they wear something that equals golden crests and their faces are like faces of humans, their hair is as womens hair, their teeth are like lions teeth, their chest is as an iron armor; And the sound of their wings is as the sound of charriots, of many horses, that are rushing into battle. They have tails and stings as scorpions, and in their tails is the power with which they harm man". What? How?
Let me repeat - and start with 9:1. The star that 'had' (past tense) fallen onto earth and has the keys to the abyss - that is something we can call a more 'intangible' thing. Its ... our inherant lack of an organizing 'head' of some sorts. The need to get managed on our own, to appoint leaders for instance - where the abyss is how all of that circles into corruption - and the smoke coming forth from it is a corrupt leadership. "Hydra" (speaking in Marvel/Captain America terms). This is a 'fallen star' because its something we need - a need we can find in the many "Sun worshipping" religions and such. A striving for the 'higher'. Or so - as the Israelites demanded to have a King, seeing that all the other nations around them had one. Easy.
Now on to the part that I quoted. The 'golden crests' make me think of a 'code of arms'. Shadiversity has a great video on that subject, I recommend you watch it. And the entire segment I quoted essentially makes up for a picture of nations, tribes and such. And the tail isn't just military, but also police. "And in these days people will seek death, but won't find it". Isn't that whats going on? Don't we look at the world as it is and ... find it all utterly absurd? Don't we all have that sentiment that life sucks; Wouldn't we all want to push the reset button at this point, if this were a video game?
OK, but how about Verses 3-5? Doesn't "politics" harm plants and trees? Do these "locusts" really just go after man?
So, these "locusts" that come forth from the smoke ... they were those nations. And they don't harm the planet more than we do it on our own already! Like, if Donald Trump removes an executive order to protect air and water - and people aren't utterly upset about it - ... its us playing along! But they harm 'us'.

Anyhow - from what I've written previously you might tell that it isn't my point here to say that this is the (one and only) right interpretation of that segment. But its stuck on my mind yet - to the point that I do take a very skeptical look at politics in general and would ultimately claim that politics is poison! I mean, what is the legitimate tension/dispute between the USA, China, Russia, Europe, the Arab world, Turkey, ... etc.? Is it literally us people hating each other to the point that we want to fight one another? I would say "no" - in that the one and only 'legitimate' "right wing" 'point' (legitimate in the sense that people actually 'vote' that way) is 'anti immigration', which then is vastly about resources or employment - that stuff. Like, seen in every western nation I suppose. That these "arabs" (or 'mexicans') - or any person from a poor country - "invade" "our" nation and take away what is "ours". And I won't say that it isn't a legitimate concern. I basically hate it too. Especially 'turks' - but that mostly because of whats going on in their country right now and that a lot of turks actually cheer for that! And so I share that sentiment against mexicans, in the sense that there is a government that we can call 'a criminal organization' - and its people "fleeing" into our "non criminal" world and making things worse for us. Fueling national pride and hatred and all that.
But my attitude isn't 'right wing' - but I'll get to that!
We can go on and say that if we got rid of our Governments (one world) - we would, sooner or later, end up back at the point we started. So, having disputes about our resources - which - we arguably wouldn't have if ... so and so. Whatever.
People say that the US went after Iraq for the oil. Like, ... why? Are Americans really like: "We need oil, lets send our bombers over to Iraq and get some!"? Are Americans really like: "Its more manly to produce electricity on cost of our environment than it is to be environment friendly!"?

But we people are stunned. Perplexed! As stung by a skorpion. We hate to see whats going on - but we're powerless about it! We want it 'this' way, but get it 'that' way. Trump does whatever he wants while the Press is only concerned about his ties to the Russian government. And what can we do? So far, "Justice Democrats" are, speaking of the USA, a reasonable answer to that! Because yea, the star has fallen onto earth a long long time ago - and closing the abyss would be a reasonable thing to try and do!

But, wooblewoob, (the Mandela effect is an issue of Jinx and bad memory!), the reason why we can't have world peace is rather simple in my oppinion! Two nations usually don't unite because there is at least 'one' leader who would have to give up his power!
The more nations there are - the more politicians we need, the more chaos there is and that again creates jobs. Even jobs such as going to poor countries and using what leverage "the west" has to keep their economy down. Or, to keep us from trying to do something against it!

What we really need to do regarding the "Immigration Problem" is to take care that 'migrating' to other countries becomes more attractive. By that I mean, well, the "Turkey to Germany" or "Syria to West" road - thats pretty much a one-way thing. Nobody wants to migrate to Turkey or Syria! Or Mexico! Europe in and of itself however has come a long way! I mean, we even invented something like "Non Lethal War" at some point. So, more strategy and tactics than bombs and bullets.
However - nobody wants to be in those countries - and thats why people leave from there. Its certainly easy to fall in love with Germany and to love living here - Crimea doesn't strike me as particularly unpleasant though either. But yea, then there is the infrastructure we have, our economy, which makes it so that we here in the west are simply put better off - and are 'the place to be'.
Time to be racist: Like, really really racist: The immigration problem is not good for diversity! We're flooded by a gene-pool that basically assimilates our diversity - while none of it actually makes its way to where those people came from - while we're essentially driven into a corner. What might happen is that these immigrating forces take over our nations and these nations will sooner or later crumble and be as the places they came from!
Are they 'locusts'? I mean, we here in the west are 'lucky' because here - well - ideas and inventions had the chance to spread. It is that which made us strong, it is what has made any civilization ever strong!

Yea, if you're more right wing, like 'actually' right wing you may find words like 'stupid' and 'scum' to express this in a more bloomey fashion - and I got to say that there is in deed a little faschist inside of me. But yet I do wholesomely shake my head about that sort of politics! Well, that because its nationalistic. Empirialistic. Hateful. Doesn't help making anything better!
In that I'm not really right wing - I'm just ... reasonable!

And thats what I'm trying to get at! The Book goes on and mentions that nothing changed - and then an angel comes and thunders saying something ... which we then read about had to be kept a secret. So, there happened something as part of that vision that the Revelation is - and we don't know it! Is it important? What might it be? Is it an actual secret? Or was it some government censorship?

Well, what 'being grounded' means to me is 'being able to connect to the divine without lifting off'; And what I mean by 'lifting off' is that we loose connection to 'the empirical foundation'/reality. This is partly why I inwardly grow more and more upset about writing stuff; Because I actually want to do some programming. Its something I'm inspired to do, there's a divine source to it, and actually I'm totally into it. So, being busy that way is a divine thing. However can I not do some programming if I'm inspired to write stuff! Just as I can't be arsed to clean up my room if other things are more relevant - like taking a rest. So is the time when I do some programming also actually 'the' time where I might clean up my room - but anyhow. The thing is - if you try to 'get grounded' you resort to what is in your mind - not actually consciously dragging ideas into your head, but trying to get calm - and if you don't know the Light, it won't have any effect on you ... ish. And sometimes you have to jump to reach the fruit hanging down a tree!

Staying grounded should have the effect that once you connect to the divine - you can separate that which doesn't connect to the ground from that which does. There is however one fallacy, which is to be 'too' materialistic. But ... you may wonder: How does that work? The divine is inherantly intangible - and inherantly not anything that can connect to the grounded! Right?
Thats why we need prophets - ... - and that was actually meant to be a joke!
Kindof.
I mean - prophets ... I'd say there are three general types of: There are the 'leaders' (Moses for instance), there are the 'scribes' and there are 'heralds'. This isn't entirely accurate - but - what I mean to get at is the difference between scribes and heralds - and how they are not actually prophets like 'leaders'. Scribes are prophets like Daniel ... the idea being that some person had some divine entanglement that made him/her do or say stuff that ended up being relevant enough to get recorded and treasured. Heralds on the other end take me to the time around 500 bc, where Babylon was about to conquer Jerusalem. Plenty of Prophets rose up, we read, that preached stuff like "the end is nigh" - though in the Judaic context its more important to be more accurate to the "repent" side of things. The point being that the Israelites hadn't lived up to Gods expectations and hence some catastrophy was immanent. That isn't 'empty' heraldry, so the point, as its also simply a reflection of what is established.
Otherwise we might want to argue that 'divine entanglement' is something a person 'needs' in order to be considered a Prophet - but that picture of a man 'heralding' Gods will to us out of thin air ... that is something I don't like! I really don't! Most of the time that isn't what happened - ever! I mean, Moses had some convincing 'argument' to be that type of a Prophet - like - columns of fire and splitting the red sea and that sort of stuff. And as of that was there never a need for someone alike - as - what would a next prophet have to add? Patch and DLC jokes immanent.
I mean, if you really dive into the Christian/Mormon world - you might find that there is the notion of 'repentence' here and there, 'but' that the key issue is also that there is no precise information regarding what that means! What to repent 'to'? Or what 'from'?
And yes so they usually only talk to the believer! Like a reminder! Like: "Look how much we ignore(d) Gods Law - don't you think that something terrible is immanent?". The unbelievers wouldn't see that as an argument, but a believer would go like: "Oh well! ... now that you say it!" - yet Babylon came upon them and we may wonder - what were all those prophets good for?

But yea - aside of that - or including that - 'divine stuff' is apparently inherantly ... "floaty". The more religion you consume - we might say - the more "empty headed" you become and so you'll lift off the ground and loose attachment to reality. This is OK for as long as ... it kindof works. So, like SDAs don't expect things to get any better ever, ... in which sense they are kindof like Jona sitting under that tree and waiting for God to destroy Niniveh!
And so they will have a hard time seeing, and even more so trusting, a different way!
For some reason I have to think about Street Fighter right now! And the point of those thoughts that sticks is what I think needs to be done in order to properly learn one Character. And that can also be compared to which weapon to use in Dark Souls. Firstly, this is my "opinion" on that matter - where I mean to say that it depends on your mindset or skills. So, before I can learn any combos properly - I kindof need to play a Character for a while without focussing too much on that; So that I know how to go about with that Character to then see how I can expand from that. Same goes with Dark Souls weapons. One needs to get familiar with a weapon in order to be familiar with it - duh - and in the end there may be so and so many 'good' weapons you may not even ever end up using! That because you started getting familiar with something - and you then select 'your' better weapon based on those preferences and abilities.
So in the beginning there is no 'elaborate reason' behind choosing this or that character/weapon - and while I like to always have a Claymore at hand because of enemies with shields and the ever so often useful piercing attack, there are other ways to do those things. But either way you get things that work for you - eventually - (Play more with Claymore!) - which I want to compare to roots spreading into the ground ... while ... that isn't 'the ground'. Its stuff that comes from above and stays floaty - but eventually mixes and mingles with you - where ... as there are many ways to go about 'one thing' there is no way to really 'get grounded'. I mean - getting grounded in Dark Souls were about beating the game, or at least making it to the next bonfire. And what you need? You move with the left stick, look with the right one, dodge and run with circle ... and thats in about it! Yet so it is viable to make use of some weapon! To beat a boss for instance - with something other than just your fists or a shield. But ... you don't have to! And people have actually beaten that game that way! To me the claymore is easily the best weapon in the game - due to its versatility - and I can never really skip on fetching it and levelling up to use it - but in PvP its not so great, for once, there the faster or more heavy hitting weapons are more dominant. The point is that you'll use what works for you!

And to so "ground the divine" - the same does apply! Which is about as much as saying: If you don't get any answers from God, there is no need or reason to be religious! And although we can interprete our current political situation as a need to become religious - we can also see it the other way! As brought about by religion. It is as it is! God here created an Atheistic reality - and if you are a believer you can 'test' your 'groundedness' - kindof - by thinking about how far you're willing to embrace this! As so, the only real way to convince an Atheist of God is to 'properly' use Gods existence as an argument! But how can you do that if you don't have any proper experience 'with' 'THE living God'?!
And yea - that is what 'neo Gnosticism' is about!
I should possibly update that - though - I trust there are people who found bits here and there that have to go up there ... I mean, I surely don't believe that I'll get around updating that regardless!
Oh yea, the irony ... ! I mean, I keep emphasizing the importance of giving people the time they need - yet I grow impatient every now and then! But well, what you gonna do?

But yea, thats Neo Gnosticism. You try to stay grounded while opening up for God - so then it is up to God (and if not, you should make it so) to make a move. It is only due to Gods actions that you gather experiences with the divine - and ... the mindset ... should be kindof that of a "debunker". So, ... you have to make sure that God 'has to' make a move - though there's a right and a wrong way. As there's a right and a wrong way of quoting "Don't put the Lord thy God to the test"! You can hold a gun to a childs face and argue that 'now' God is forced to make a move - like stopping the bullet or melting the gun. But pulling the trigger you imply that God exists - while further arguing either that God is evil or that there is no God if the child dies from bullet injury. You 'can' test it - but either way you'd be playing with lives there. Or is it that you need to have enough faith to proof that God can stop the bullet? That were another way of saying that there is 'risk' involved and that we so shouldn't attempt to do it! Yet there are plenty of child deaths to say, yea, if God doesn't do something against that, why should He do something about this?
You get the idea! You get the point! Yet so the more of a bliever you are, the more uneasy you might feel about this fact! Lowering the gun, that is in about as much as 'resigning' - and becoming an Atheist - we might argue!
But pulling the trigger is certainly 'not' what Neo Gnosticism is about! Or preaches! Or would ever be in favour of!

No, ... making it up to God, "forcing" God to make a move - that ... actually isn't a matter of "forcing" God to do anything! Its all about opening up, and fullstop. Now that you've established contact with that mysterious entity above all - you're done! You at least have no concrete reason to give a further damn! Like, for all that you cared, God might not even exist! There-after you have a problem though ... because: What do you accept as divine interaction and what should you declare illegitimate? And that, so gistfully put, isn't an answer I can answer for you! I would assume though that God'd start punching holes into your Atheistic world-view until you at the very least can no longer call yourself an Atheist - while the way has been paved for you to make a move. And it is this - a back and forth - that provides us with a tangible idea of God ... where I mean: Gods invisibility and intangibility ... it fluctuates. Every now and again I find myself ... feeling as though there is no God. Not as a matter of mood - but just as a matter of invisibility.
But then there is a way that God works with you, which then were the way God works "for" you - and that is your and the one and only basis for grounding (with) the divine! And where is that written? How do/can we know that it is true?

Possibly nowhere - and its possibly ... not 100% correct! "Wait what"? Uhm ... I mean - there is 'the path of arguments' - and the best example of that is the Matrix thing. That were just a bigger version of God punching holes - and because that doesn't really work personally for you just yet - eventually - that isn't really 'the' way either! It might however help speeding various things up a little! But be careful about it! There are ways to gain trust on that basis - but it isn't that trust that ultimately matters!

But yea, what am I even saying? It took me quite some time to develop enough trust to work the way I do - and if it comes down to eventually taking risks - I cannot but to advise you to take them!

Get Grounded
